Far Downstream Dust Devil Anomalys from. Cyclone Mahasen that hit Bangladesh 16 May 2013.

 in Vancouver on 400 Block of Powell Street, as i walked by, i noticed a Micro-scale Dust Devil Develop,
this occurred in front of a Round Building Column on the street, and was 1 foot in Diameter.
Why this is not merely a Common swirl of wind is because of the Full Development of the Swirl.
Why i corelate this too Cyclone Mahasen is a Hunch only.
