What seems too be occurring is a Definitive Summer Ending  under a Tight Longitudinal (Meridional) Jet That had followed a cool spell of course.
And then the expected is for Fall Winter  Prevailing Easterlies along the Latitudinal of course Jet..

What else we know: a Corelate with Arctic Ocean return too Freeze is believed too co-exist.
